A fine example of a Chinese Archaic bronze jue form wine vessel re- interpreted during the Kangxi reign in famille verte decorated biscuit porcelain, this charming diminutive piece is in remarkably good condition, fancifully decorated with mythical beasts, and supported upon three tusk-like feet issuing from open-mouthed figures! Measuring 3″ tall x 3 1/2″ wide with only a minute firing line to the interior. Circa 1700.
