A fine group of Chinese export hand-painted Blue Fitzhugh porcelain with gilded details from a special order service, each piece including an armorial shield, made for Hill Dawe of Ditcheat House in Somerset, England. Discussed and illustrated in Howard’s Chinese Armorial Porcelain, Vol. 1, page 690.
