A very finely made pair of Chinese export porcelain covered rice bowls and under dishes meticulously hand-painted in the Sepia Fitzhugh pattern and highlighted with gilt enamel, each piece unusually signed with a six-figure Chinese mark within a square.  The rendering of this elaborate pattern is of the highest order and the condition of these pieces is very good with only the most minimal of wear and no apparent restoration. The saucer under dish measuring 5 3/4″ in diameter, the bowl 2 1/2″ in diameter and 4″ tall.  Circa 1810-20.  $650.00 each.
